How to Place a Wholesale Order with Us
There are several ways you can place a wholesale order with us.
We offer worldwide shipping. For more information, please refer to the International Orders section below.
Place a Wholesale Order on Our Website
Our website supports both retail and wholesale orders.
The minimum opening order is $599 AUD, with no minimum quantity required and no reorder minimums.
To apply for a Wholesale Account, simply register on our website as usual and then send an email to [email protected] indicating that you are a wholesale customer. We will promptly set up your Wholesale Account.
Once your account is created, you can log in using the username and password provided in your registration email. There is no need for a separate wholesale login interface – just use the login option at the top left corner of the homepage (refer to the screenshot below). After logging in, you will have full access to our wholesale pricing.
If you would like to skip the registration and login process, simply send us an email at [email protected] , letting us know you would like to set up a wholesale account. We will handle it for you and inform you once your account is ready.
Place a Wholesale Order via Email or Phone
Alternatively, we also accept orders via email and phone. If you would like to place an order this way, please send an email to [email protected] to request our full catalogue, which includes wholesale pricing.
Once you’ve reviewed the catalogue, please note down the product code and name of the jewellery piece you’d like to order. You can then email us at [email protected] or call 0422 839 543 to place your order and arrange payment. We will process your order promptly once payment is confirmed.
International Orders
We ship worldwide.
We process payments in five currencies through the PayPal portal to ensure your payment security: Australian Dollar, US Dollar, Euro, UK Pound, and Canadian Dollar. For wholesale orders outside Australia, a flat shipping rate of USD 19.99 (or EUR 18.00, GBP 17.00, CAD 24.99) applies.
The minimum order value is $599 AUD, which is approximately equivalent to:
