Shipping Fee & Free Shipping

The pieces will be shipped from Melbourne Australia.

Everyday free shipping for all orders over (inc) AUD $199 within Australia, if your order value is over (inc)  AUD $199 you will be able to choose the Free Shipping Option when you check out.

For Orders less than AUD $199, the shipping fee is AUD $7.99 to anywhere within Australia via Standard Australia Post Registered Parcel service.

For all international locations, we ship our orders as Australia Post Registered Post International for AUD $24.99 = USD $ 17 = GPB £ 12.5 = EURO 15.5 €.

Processing Order

We aim to process all orders within 5 -10 business days of receipt. In the unlikely event of further delays, we will contact you to advise of the expected dispatch time.

If you are sending your Jasmine & the Phoenix Jewellery purchase as a gift, please just make sure you complete the “Ship to a different address” details when you check out to ensure it goes to the right place.

Although every effort is made to ship your order within estimated delivery times, changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control do happen from time to time. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [email protected]

Packaging 

Every item will be carefully packed into the Jasmine & the Phoenix Jewellery pouch OR box to ensure it reaches its destination safely and securely. If you have more than one item in an order, they will still go into their own Jasmine & the Phoenix Jewellery gift pack. Multiple items may not ship together.

Shipping Order

We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible. Many factors contribute to delivery time.

Every piece is designed by top Australian jewellery designers, some of them are hand-made in Jasmine Phoenix Jewellery & Accessories offshore studios.

It depends on your geographic areas to determine how long it takes for the order to be delivered.

It takes 5-10 business days for the order to be delivered in AU, NZ, EU and US from the day it is processed. For the rest of the world, it takes approximately 5 more days.

Restocking Fee

When the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of an address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require a refund. Please note that for the personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.
